Pew Research: 8 and 10 black Americans say they have personally experienced discrimination because of the race. Two thirds of black people in this survey, Pew Research, said that discrimination is the main reason that black people can't get ahead. "It's going to take a while to put a dent in it at 1%. But all it's going to takes is for it to make money," he says.
