Cutting out vegetable oils means no processed food, you know, no mayonnaise. When people ask me about cooking oils, I just say use tallow. So we're talking about things to cook stuff in. Tallow is a little one. Duck fat, butter, if you tolerate a ghee animal fat. Okay now the trick, there's a new one with duck fat, right? Because if that duck is fed corn, I told you I was going to hurt you. Most of them are. What? I thought ducks just flew around and did duck things. They're on duck farms. Dirty dogs.
