Hong Kong's VASP License Is a Good Thing for Crypto Development
The licensing regime is only starting tomorrow but before it even starts there's already been I think at least half a dozen or so crypto exchanges that have maintained their interest to apply for this VASP license. So I do foresee there will be more regulated exchanges set up their base in Hong Kong. They started from a no license kind of free for all-time regime. Now they're kind of raining it back a little bit and providing more clarity and interpret regulations.
