There is no accent which is universally neutral and that everyone will like. You've got to be clear, try to be clear so that people understand what you're saying but at the same time, just be true to yourself. If we can hear traces of your accent, that's fine, in my opinion, as long as it's clear. For example, I don't know, like my wife, for example, is French and she speaks English very clearly, but she's got traces of a French accent and it's charming.
