How Do You Break a Fast?

Fasting has gotten so lumped into the diet culture and that's not what it is. Anything that raises your blood sugar over this five points that I talked about is going to pull you out of a fasted state. If you are trying to build muscle, I highly recommend breaking your fast with protein.
