The rear foot elevated split squat, this was something that was very prevalent with the military population. When they're on the job, they're under 25 to 45 pounds of external mass at all times. So for this population, being out of kit is actually unfamiliar to them. The first thing that I wanna do is focus on mechanical coupling. And then once we get past that force coupling phase, now I just wanna add velocity to it.
