Creativ Non Fiction - The Messiness

I love how this book isn't just like a neat beginning, middle end kind of story. And i tell my creativ non fiction students that vulnerability is going to be at the core. If you can't tell on yourself, and you can't lay it all out there, it's not going to be a good essay or a good memoir. I had, i had to get that out there and try to be as vulnerable as i could. There's so much pain and suffering in families; if i'm trying to sanitize it, it won't work.
