Lagrange Points in Space

The L1 Lagrange point is an equilibrium point between the Earth and the Sun. If you place an object over there, it will be in complete perfect equilibrium. The James web space telescope is right now parked in an orbit around the L2 Lagrange point. It's just because the Serbians want to join the European Union that's why this has happened.
