The Supreme Court's Decisions on Affirmative Action at Colleges and Universities

The Supreme Court came out and said that discriminating against people based on their race is wrong. Another one was on affirmative action at colleges and universities, particularly the Ivy League, like Harvard. Because his Supreme Court nominees, they're coming down on the right side of these decisions. None of these are unanimous decisions, by the way.
