Ukraine's Counter Offensive Cannot Begin Until the West Sends More Weapons
NATO could respond to the deployment by placing nuclear weapons in countries that are closer to Russia. Poland seems pretty eager and Belarus and Poland share a border. Finland is joining NATO soon and Finnish officials have not ruled out the idea of hosting US nukes. I won't be surprised if this leads to US nuclear weapons being deployed in Poland.
