A natural holistic ecosystem within the farm might be more important to that energy that we taste in the wines than any of the sort of, you know, moon phase type stuff that is part of it. It's an interesting process though. What I find about trying to structure your work schedule around a calendar like that is you really make sure you think through things. You know, you're really thinking about the process and planning out well in advance what you're going to do and why you’re going to do it.
