Do they associate getting a deal done with being successful? Are they kind of like a quantity volume of deals done type of bd person? Or can they sit in an environment where it's like, we're trying to build partnerships. Lots of partnerships are the wrong thing. They distract the organization. And so i think that's something you want to be alined on very, very early on a specific to b d.
