If it maintains the levels that it's at now, obviously it would be a successful investment. How often has operty margin been less than five %? Not a lot. We're sant looking quarterly right now, but generally that's uncommon. That looks pretty cheap, ye. And i don't know big lots well at all. It's a hard one for me to figure out.
