Cocaine bear is based on a real story. A 175 pound black bear died after ingesting a duffle bag of cocaine in 1985. It was found three months later in Northern Georgia alongside 40 open plastic containers of cocaine. An American black bear goes on a killing rampage in a small Georgia town or group of locals and tourists must join forces to survive the attack.
