How to Reform the IRS

I'm a big believer in due process and innocent until proven guilty. And it's all upside down when it comes to the tax code. The tax code you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. It is very hard to challenge a state tax imposed on you in a neutral forum. Even federally, if you don't pay very close attention or have a very expensive lawyer helping you, you can very easily run afoul of the tax codes.
