Nick Sharma: I saw an article about operations from 20 years ago in the Wall Street Journal. He says it was a case study on how Costco and Kimberly Clark, maker of Huggies Divers work together to make sure that like they could stock Costco's with inventory. "I think there is a place for, for direct mail," he says. Nick also thinks Netflix should use email more than once or twice per year.
