The Taliban's Non-Recognition of the Taliban
In 96 countries like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates recognize the Taliban. This time we haven't seen any countries recognize it. So in a sense, recognition or non-recognition, you are engaging the Taliban in one way or the other. A substantive amount of humanitarian aid has been released and was also used last year to keep people fed in safe shelters. But if the humanitarian money also dries up, then they may face a huge crisis on their hands which could lead to the problems for their own really.
