In any city or I would say city, if you're near a major city, you're going to have first break psychosis clinics at the big hospitals. The IM injections are one of the very predominant right now because it's like set it and forget it for three months. So we treat them aggressively with anti-psychotics. They do have a lot of newer drugs that are available on via IM injection.
