Ann Richards: It was really striking to see the way this one group sort of targeted Judge Kismeric in this single Judge District in Amarillo and filed there being familiar with his views over time. On the flip side you had the 18 attorneys general from Democratic states and D.C. went to Washington state to file sort of a defensive lawsuit but I want to be clear where the groups challenging the Fupristone in Texas went to a single Judge District that has nine different judges including two nominated by Republican presidents so they did not know which judge would be reviewing their case.
