The Informed Risk Scale for the Financial Literate
On a scale of er one to ten, wirl goin to place the different asset class investment items on this scale. The least risky asset or investment item is global equity funds investing in the great companies of the world. Number seven out of ten on the informed risk scale is cash deposits. Now i'm straddling between the loss of capital and inflation flavour of risk. We're now entering the most dangerous form of risk which is that your money can go bust if you invest all your money in very established companies.
