Etsy is really a big data machine learning company. It has been for many, many years that we process a while ago it was six billion events of a day. Etsy's always been at the ICB shop. And so making sure as we added engineers, they were able to develop test as quite very quickly is critical. We think our development is a craft and not something that can be measured easily.
Mike Fisher, the former CTO at Etsy, spearheaded a multi-year developer experience initiative aimed at improving developer happiness and efficiency during his time at Etsy.
