"I see that people that change jobs all the time. As soon as the water gets a little hot, they bail out," he says. "And I think of yourself like being in a foxhole. Do you want to know that person next to you, a salad? They're there through tough times." He adds: "If they bail and times aren't going well, you never have confidence"
