How to Know When to Start Running Ads

I get ads on my page all the time from different people advertising some like shitty, they just boost a shit piece of content. And I'm like, okay, this content clearly didn't do well when you posted it organically,. Because it's a piece of shit content. So why like you're boosting it to try get shit content more eyeballs? That doesn't make sense. No one is buying that thing on that ad if your organic content is shit in the first place. and for the most part, it is Shit.
