Are You in the New Covenant?
Reformed Covenant theology agrees that in the new covenant God brings about the existence of a Holy Regenerate Covenant community. But it disagrees with new covenant theologies and progressive covenantalism regarding the timing. So we both believe that the community will be made perfects, absolutely perfect as Jeremiah 31 promises, but we differ on when this is true. The Lord's Supper as their profession, that they're part of the invisible church. Think of baptism for us as reform covenant theologians. Baptism is the entrance into the visible church. The Lord’s Supper as your entrance into the Invisible Church.
