The Influence of Hemingway
Hemingway is just a synodoki. It's just a representation of all the writers that would have been influenced by Chekhov in the English, because I don't believe Hemingway had Russian. Pivir and Volokonsky shot to fame when Oprah endorsed them on her book club.
