Do You Have a Good Instinct for What You're Doing?

In general, most of my good managers had done it. So they could understand what good looked like and have opinions about n ways. They could also be convinced to go inother direction if the facts or or the team wanted to try something. And so i just thought that's interesting,. cause i would assume that you have people that work for you, where they do things that, you know, conceptunally, you know what it is. But the brass tack of it er's no way ther have some experts and some softword stack you've never with or whatever, right? Or they're really good at, i don't know, whatever they're ood at that you might
