I'm competitive in my own respect, but like I've had friends that have started similar things in me. We can only help each other grow. There's a lot of people right on. And you also get into like psychographics, which is kind of interesting. Ask yourself those tough questions, because this will get you more money than you would need and investing in real estate becomes a lot easier when you have a lot of capital to go do it.
