How to Build a Resilient Organization
You have to embrace organizational failure. Thoughtful scale leaders thrive on disagreement because it gives them the information they need to test their ideas before they make and break plans. It's organizations that hide things under the rug that don't create the resilients, cause they don't learn. You really do want to hire people who are better than you are and who are different than you are. Is is where we talk about diversity, right? I don't just mean racial, national, age, gender, all that diversityis superimportant. And i think that served facebook well.
