Product Management - What's the Best Way to Learn?
I'm a regular reader of things like Stretakery, which I've been reading for I think since it first monetized back in like 2013, 2014 or so. And looking at that in a really scaled way and figure out how platforms work and like a business strategy behind it is a lot of fun. The product people are big lovers in organizations, right? If we have a development team of eight people and that's the product person who is helping to guide what work needs to be delivered by that product team...that's good leverage. So it's fun to be in that role and have that kind of influence as listeners know.
