Beef Tenderloin Recipe

This week's episode features a whole beef tenderloin. The meat will be used to make stroganoff or some other delightfully unfashionable old classic dish. All bets are off, however, if you re-refreeze it. That I don't plan to do, but hey, it'd still be better than starvation.
