How to Use a Simpler Menu System to Automate Tasks

I find that a very useful without being a knowing little hack yeah I gotta. It's not easy for me to in one simple way enter that context like I think if we had that just set home screen action I would have things that would change to that screen and then kick off my time rate stuff and do all these other things maybe that's where your simpler menu system does help versus I don't want every shortcut in my video thing to start a time rate timer over or kind of like I would have to start making it tied into across those so that's something that I've been trying to figure out and I don't know any ideas well.
