How Wells Fargo Supports Fraud Victims
Wells Fargo has been in the news a lot lately for, you know, bad things that they've done. But what really, really irritates me about this is that Wells Fargo essentially dropped the ball or turned their back on their customer who was in the process of losing $20,000. The bank said, quote, we strive to do all we can to support scam victims. When a customer reports a fallen victim, we take these situations very seriously and provide customer options, including our fraud claim team contact information.
