Do You Have a Need or Desire?

i've got a background in marketing, and i like to keep it simple. We don't want to worry about having somebody who has a need or desire even for what you do. Most people are not psychic. And so we don't know who's going to be a good candidate for us. They might eventually, but we don't usually hear. Especially for your a problem solver. If we're problem solvers, we've got to get the other side of the story first.
