I'm Not Going to Lose My Home, I'll Build Shelters

In parts of the world, interest rates on things you own very significantly. There are still variable rates. But a lot of people have like a 30 year fixed mortgage rate. If you can afford wherever you lock in, then you're probably ok. Some places where the structure of the system basically forces you to a variable rate a just can't even control it. It's going to dynamically change my mortgage, yet i'm not changing my income to be able to match it.
