Hate speech on Twitter is on the rise again for users outside of North America. Musk's layoffs have decimated teams responsible for content moderation in much of the world including Brazil where a mob attacked the government buildings earlier this month. TikTok which is under siege in the US and across the world actually for its links to China sharing details with US lawmakers. Long term, finished misinformation classes are a good model.
