How Do You Overcome That?
I don't, I don't think again that I can say that I have overcome that. You're not going to build a practice if you're calling your patients names and completely disregarding their feelings. So one thing that I've kind of looked into and I haven't spent enough time applying it is the practice of motivational interviewing techniques. That sort of system ties us again that forming that emotional connection or at least, you know, building those listening skills and being able to reflect back to patients.
