Learning, Adapting and Growing

Dwain: So much about our careers and so much about life is all about learning and adapting. We come into this world as sponges a we're learning, adapt we're growing through so much change. And then there's a point when we become professionals, and we think that knowing is actually more important than learning, adapting and growing. Let go of this desire to know everything, and let's deal with the complexity of life. i would tell my younger self, in fact, i'ld keep telling that youngerself, edan, it's still about learning, growing and adapting.
