Moonlight and 12 Years of Slave

There's an audience for those movies, but there's also things where it's like, we don't need the rampant colorism. It sort of ties in with some comments that Alina Wathmey recently interviewed by recent Keep It Guys, Kyle Buchanan, for the New York Times. She was talking about black filmmakers financing others. And she said, big black movie stars out there, they could pay for two or three or even five small independent movies to get made by black directors and writers.
