The Livery Hero and Delivery Hero - What's Going On?

Glover and delivery hero have had something of a relationship for a while, haven't they? They've been buying and selling markets to one another for several years. And after all these acquisitions, they don't compete in any of the markets in the world. While we don't know what the european commission is investigating, it did say in its press release that it is looking into sharing national markets for only ordering and delivery of food.
