The Importance of Being an East Indian

In 1983, three East Indian teenagers are on the roof of their home in New Mexico. They're waiting for the annual migration of the snow geese. When I called a bunch of my friends because I was like, what is this? The only person that would ever say that is somebody that was neither South Asian or East Indian. And even then when I tried to push back on that and said, let's use East Indian, he wrote back: "I'm really sorry"
