There's no sort of mathematical right answer to those questions. It depends on what we humans want, so to speak. And also, there are a lot of issues that come up with AIs that are really very different from issues that have come up before. Even if you know the rules by which the system operates, you to know what the system will do, you kind of just have to run those rules and see what happens. You don't get to just say, and I know the answer, it's going to be 35, you know? That's not how things work in computational settings.
