Chris: What are some ways that you guys trick yourselves into getting up in the morning when the prospect of life is overwhelming? Kristin: I'm also a person that suffers from addiction. And so I found between my sleep struggles and my struggles with addiction that I do have to take the choice out of it for my morning routine.
