Giving to the Church

We want to be a gospel-centered family, but we just feel like we're really tied to money. I think the first place that you start to Soften your heart towards money and towards God is giving. It's better to give than to receive so when you start to stop relying on yourself and start giving to a church or an organization it really starts to break those heart ties. You're literally letting go of something you worked really hard for.
