I find that the most annoying. What they're trying to get that plate filled up in advance of everyone in the kitchen, in the kitchen itself. Yes, I've had a guest stick their hand. We have many, we have many demanding guests like that. They literally don't have the patience for the trade to even go out. You've got to find clever ways to get around.
