My sense at the moment is that lots and lots of women are working three or four days a week. Men, they don't request it, but they also just take it and do it without formally asking for it. And i think there's anything wrong with men doing that. I think they're actually smarter. You should never apologize for taking the time you need to handle the things in your personal life that matter to you. Be up front, and don't be afraid of this. Let's, let's hear a little bit more about her situation.
