Once we predict it, it's very simple to include a magic link in an email that says, hey, it looks like you're charging an EV at home right now. Once they collect, yes, that's new ground truth data. That confirms the results of the experiment and serves to improve the predictive power of those machine learning models over time. The word excited to put techniques like that to work pretty soon in the utility customer experience.
