Sauna is my all-time favorite thing for lowering inflammation, improving endorphin levels. I highly recommend frequent short sauna and fitting that in as often as you can. Cold showers are really, again, a sort of endorphins thing that just helps your whole system work better. And getting outside in the daylight, going out in bare feet. These are all fantastic ways to support your system's ability to keep the ship up straight up,. The message today is we want to take our time with this, not rush it.
