The Importance of Location in the Trump Trial

Trump is going to be arraigned in Miami. This case is going to play out in Southern Florida and not DC, which where there was a grand jury and panel that might have been the case. It sounds like because the alleged crimes took place at Mar-a-Lago, the venue needs to be in South Florida. The prosecutors are making a trade off here because they would be better for them probably to bring the charges in DC.
