There's lots of things physiologically that go on that are unable to be optimized when we're chronically eating. You're not allowing your body to get to a position where it's able to utilize what you've fed it. It's almost like the best example I can give you is my dad likes to fill his tank when he gets to three quarters of a tank. And it's like you're constantly topping off the tank.
