As a subject, i would strongly recommend that you follow exactly this same process. Put in some recordings of you master ba or the recordings of your voice saying mantres. The sound of your voice is an important component of the connection that you're making with someone. It's perfectly ocaanot to do video. But i would feel personally a little bit guilty if someone was giving me video and i i didn't feel comfortable for whatever reason, being on video with them. So i would generally probably just switch back down to audio only. That's my personal preference.
